ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Power Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and driving development within Power Systems Engineering. This includes planning, design, and implementation of complex high-voltage systems, as well as acting as a key resource and mentor for the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a range of complex engineering activities within power systems and power electronics. You will work with planning, design, development, and installation of high-voltage systems, as well as acting as a technical expert and advisor.

  • Plan, design, develop, test, and install high-voltage systems and their main components.
  • Coordinate engineering activities internally and with external groups to achieve project goals.
  • Use computer programs and tools to draft reports and conduct analyses, such as cable calculations.
  • Lead other engineers in performing complex engineering tasks and achieving set goals.
  • Act as support for management and customers regarding advanced technical studies and their applications.
  • Coordinate larger engineering tasks with significant impact on the business.
  • Proactively develop and implement measures to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has at least 4 years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in control and regulation technology.
  • Including experience in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Has a good command of English and Swedish.
  • Is a Master's degree holder in electrical power, electrical engineering, or equivalent.

It is a merit if you have

  • Experience working with high-voltage systems (HV).
  • Experience from relevant industry companies similar to ours.
  • Good ability to work in Swedish.
